It’s hard to tell what’s real anymore.

Across job boards, LinkedIn posts, and Slack groups, the design hiring space feels saturated with noise. Roles are advertised. Referrals are encouraged. Talent is asked for, recommended, and tagged in. But very little seems to come of it.
